This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There have been two holes drilled into the coal load. One of the wires connecting to the pick ups has broken off, because of this the tender was unable to be tested. There is slight rust and paint chipping on the bottom of the tender.
