This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item shows scratches, scrapes, dents, and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item shows rust on the wheels, axles and screws. The shell is not attached to the chassis and comes loose very easily. The windows are dirty and scratched. The stirrup steps are bent and show rust. The lettering on the shell is faded. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
