To make room for the "Current Keeper" Supercapacitor, I removed the factory round speaker and installed a quality RailMaster Hobbies DS1240-Box "Thin" Speaker in it's place. With the addition of the "Current Keeper" Supercapacitor and the superior (better sound than the Athearn factory speaker) RailMaster Hobbies "Thin" box Speaker, this upgraded model is better than the "DCC Sound" version that Athearn Genesis released.
