Atlas Classic Silver, HO C425 Phase 2 Locomotive, BC Rail, British Columbia Railway #811. This is from a massive consignment I have been working on. The screws holding this in the packaging are still in place. I don’t want to unscrew the packaging any further than the pictures show. I believe it is intact, new and unused. I do not test them and really only have knowledge about this hobby from collectors. If the product is unsatisfactory upon receiving we have a 30 day return policy including shipping.
