This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The cab end guardrail is broken and partially detached. The locomotive is non-functional and being sold As-Is. The model number is etched onto the fuel tank. The shell is heavily oxidized with large sections of the shell and chassis show a green discoloration. The shell and chassis are heavily tarnished.
