Hi, these are the LIONEL 0-27 1061 Scout LOCOMOTIVE STEAM ENGINE & matching slope back tender made in 1963-1965. As you can see in the video, it has no reverse. It could just be the e-unit needs to break free and will be ok after running a while or other reasons.
