The 8500 was produced from 1975-76 and features a plastic body with gold numbers, 2-4-0 wheel configuration, Ac powered metal frame motor with roller pick ups, cast metal side rods, manual 3 position directional switch located inside the cab and a working led headlight with lens. It comes with a gold lettered Pennsylvania streamlined rattle tender. Locomotive runs good.
