The prototype for this detailed Atlas HO Scale Master Gold EMD SD35 was part of the popular 35-Series which also featured the four-axle, 2,500hp GP35 locomotive. Between 1964 and 1966, EMD built a total of 360 six-axle 2,500hp SD35 locomotives in both low and high-nose versions.
Based on phase five units built in 1949, features include DCC & Sound. Baltimore & Ohio #570. Helical-cut gears for quiet operation and easy multiple unit operation. Iron Planet Hobbies. 14:1 gear ratio.
Bachmann #51506. B&O 2-6-2 PRAIRIE LOCOMOTIVE. Wire-free drawbar connection between locomotive and tender. Magnetically operated E-Z Mate® Mark II coupler on the rear of the tender. THE MOTOR WORKS FINE.

Broway Limited model of the B&O President Lincoln with as Paragon 3 decoder. This locomotive was only taken out of its box twice to test it. All lighting and sound functions work as intended.
