This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The previous owner has made several customizations to this engine — please see the repair card for details. We suspect that the modifications have left this locomotive non-functional and is therefore being sold As-Is. The tender’s rear handlamp piece is broken and hanging freely from the shell. The locomotive and tender have broken and missing trim pieces. A large layer of shelf dust has settled onto the shells of both units. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached p.
