TheMS-Ath provides a flat surface for mounting your DCC decoder on top of an Athearn “Blue Box” locomotive motor. Fits over motor 0.70in / 17.77mm wide (full-size locomotive motor). Flat surface = 2.25 x 0.74in / 57.16 x 18.93mm.
Engine should be oiled before extended running.
This is a DC POWERED / DCC Quick plug Ready. CSX also placed orders to rebuild their large AC4400CW fleet. An initial batch of 10 AC4400CWs were rebuilt at Wabtec’s Erie, Pennsylvania facility, with 40 more to follow.
