This is DCC with directional lighting! AS I DO NOT HAVE A WAY TO TEST THE DCC FUNCTION, THIS WAS TESTED ON DC. THE VIDEO IS ATTACHED. THIS DOES HAVE A DECODER. This piece is in good condition! The train itself it dirty, but I did my best to clean it.
