I have reconditioned the locomotive including cleaning the exterior, rebuilding the motor with burnished armature, springs, brushes, and replaced traction tires where needed. The Locomotive has 4 traction tires.
This loco is in Very Good Condition with no known missing or broken parts.
USED Life-Like HO scale Santa Fe diesel locomotive, road number 3600. Features blue and yellow Santa Fe paint scheme, silver trucks, black plastic couplers, handrails, and molded roof/detail features. Missing piece on back to attach another train. Marked Life-Like / Made in China on the underside. Approximate HO scale size shown with railroad reference ruler in photos. Used condition with normal cosmetic wear from age, handling, and layout use. There are some scuffs, dust, small marks, and light paint wear visible. Part Number 6967. The SP&S locomotives were designated Class E-1. They were mostly identical to the Northern Pacific A-3’s, except all three were oil burners. There are no surviving Northern Pacific Northerns.
Penn Line : This is aR EADING CRUSADER 4-6-2 AND TENDER. RARE MADE IN 1947. RUNS GOOD. Upon getting the engine had to replace several rivets on the 1 side. The decal on the 1 side is missing. Nothing broken.
