I do notice a wheel covering and a side railing is missing on the locomotive.

Very good overall condition with only one notable flaw. The rear railing has a broken peg (see pictures). Original box is included.
Wrong lid on box. Otherwise new condition, tested just to be sure. Trim is in the box, with instructions, needs to be installed. Runs fine!
