The engines looks to be in need of restoration. The motors dont hold when wound up, no windkey. Otherwise looks to be complete units. See all the photos for condition. It is graded on its appearance only.
I tested it and it runs. The locomotive is in good condition and has marks on it. See photos for exact condition, I use a flash so the item may be darker than shown.
