This model was previously a NIB conventional locomotive with a simple reversing unit that intermittently worked. It was upgraded professionally by Stockyard Express in Oberlin, Ohio with a Proto-Sound 3.0 board that now allows for command control, sound, crew dialog, and fan driven smoke. This painted and unlettered version has a black finish, red cab windows, white pinstriping, steel cab and footboard pilot. This model is not advertised as factory sound-equipped. Factory-installed dual-mode DCC decoder.
