refurbished 1939 Lionel 229 See Description
Hi everybody. Just off work bench., Lionel produce these pre-war 229 locomotives between 1939 and 1942 was the last of the manufactured locomotive before stopping production for World War II. This engine has been thoroughly reconditioned cleaned rewired to factory rebuilt E unit new motor brushes, paint done in matte black.
Kato SD40 Project Locomotive See Description
This unit started out as a Kato 37-6328 EMD SD40 Santa Fe #5014. My late father disassembled this unit and stripped the paint. As you can see by the pics, it was not a finished unit. It is being sold as an Undecorated unit for some to paint and complete.

This is a Japanese made Sakai O gauge locomotive that was produced in the 1960’s and features a black painted die cast body with metal handrails, 2 position e unit, 2-6-2 wheel configuration and a working headlight with lens. Runs good.
