This is a great runner. It’s fully functional forward neutral reverse. I did not test the horn even when it works. It doesn’t sound very good lol. The rubber stamped stripes are faded like they normally do their original. You can see where one of them probably got a little over inked in the front… Both of the Keystone Pennsylvania Railroad stickers. Are there in the middle at the top on either side. Use the pictures to help determine the condition for yourself. The paint is pretty good in my opinion no major paint loss that I could find or corrosion.
