One buzzes when bench run when power applied direct to wheels. So that one has a shot to be a runner and it Looks fairly complete. Other one makes no sound, maybe strictly for parts and that one may be missing a few pieces I am a diesel guy and really dont work on steam engines. See pics as they are part of the description. These have been picked up as part of other diesel lots I have bought ALL items ARE SOLD AS-IS, no returns, ebay safeguards would still be in place for the buyer as described by ebay.
