An Atlhearn 95409 Rio Grande SD45 Locomotive in HO Gauge with a NCE D13SRJ DCC Decoder and Kadee Couplers. It has only been test run to verify that the decoder works.
This Athearn Union Pacific engine is factory new – box has not been opened as Athearn seal tape is unbroken. DCC ready – excellent detail. Council Bluff service unit 2008 safety award is on the side of the engine.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This locomotive has been tested and ran properly; however the locomotive did run on the slower side at full power. A Few small decorative trim pieces appear to missing from this item. There are light scratches along the body. The wheels show average signs of wear. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
