Lionel 736 Berkshire Locomotive & Tender Postwar O Gauge
736 Berkshire w 2046w tender – this is the early variant w three window cab, die cast trailer trucks, and flagpole bases. Headlight works and the engine runs in fwd and reverse. It’s in fantastic condition. The tender has some mild spots as pictured, and the first two numbers on the bottom are rubbed away. I’ve not yet been able to get the whistle to sound. Lionel 2046W Whistle Tender Postwar O gauge X8415
8.5” stream-lined type tender has a black plastic shell with white stamped lettering including 2046W on sides. It has a water scoop, whistle inside is rewired, has magnetic auto coupler. Whistle worked when bench tested, coupler was stubborn, did not open.

Engine runs great and the Smoke feature is outstanding as you can see in the VIDEO. Also includes a Lionel Pennsylvania 2046W Tender with whistle which you can hear in the beginning of the VIDEO. Has steps and all are unbroken. Will need lubricating due to sitting for a while on the shelf. There is a touch up on the Engine lower front area.
