It is designed for the O Gauge scale and operates on a Three-Rail System. I tested this locomotive and it runs nice in forward and reverse and the light function works great.

SEE VIDEO. Lionel Postwar 6-8-6 Turbine Engine and Pennsylvania 2046W Tender. Completely serviced, cleaned and CONVERTED WITH A LIQUID SMOKE UNIT. Engine runs great and the Smoke feature is outstanding as you can see in the VIDEO. Also includes a Lionel Pennsylvania 2046W Tender with whistle which you can hear in the beginning of the VIDEO. Has steps and all are unbroken. Will need lubricating due to sitting for a while on the shelf. There is a touch up on the Engine lower front area. Please ask any questions as there are no returns on these, both out of production and Postwar, items. Lionel #2046 4-6-4 Hudson Steam Locomotive. This engine is sold for Parts or Repair The E Unit needs a rebuild. A E unit barrel is included as well as the bottom plate, but it is not installed. The smoke unit and the light both work.

American Flyer #342AC NPR Switcher Locomotive. Runs & Smokes No Tender
No Tender. Runs and smokes. Missing one front handrail and one rear handrail is broken. One of the screws that attaches the smoke unit to the chassis looks stripped. No side rods.
