What you see I what you will receive. needs cleaned and polished. Comes with scuffs, scratches and surface wear. I can’t tell if it has been repainted so you be the judge. I am not a train expert at all and I don’t know how to properly test so I am selling as is because I have not idea if it works, works properly or if all part are there.
