This is a vintage replica of an Alco RSD-15 from the 1950’s to 1970’s in a Canadian National Railroad paint scheme. It was manufactured by Model Power. It runs well (see video) and looks good, with the exception of missing handrails. It comes in its original plastic jewel case.
