The Stewart/Kato F3B Phase IV Powered Undecorated HO Scale 8401 NIOB is a model locomotive designed for model railroads and trains enthusiasts. It is a replica of an EMD F7b locomotive in black and silver colors, representing the New York Central railroad. Paragon4 equipped EMD GP35, also wearing the classy Southern Tuxedo. The GP35 is numbered 2659 and is in great cosmetic detail and no missing parts. The shell is a little dusty but otherwise in great shape. The engine also has LED lights, working class lights and the correct SOU-Spec bell and horn mounts. 6 to 8 hours worth of runtime on my old layout but it’s still in great condition and sounds good. The original box and documents aren’t included but will be carefully packaged.
