The brass HOn3 narrow gauge Switch Engine Southern Pacific Railroad made in Japan is in very good condition, lightly used, no box. A brief test by touching the wheels with two wires and item gets power, but is too dry from sitting for years, needs a service. Item displays beautiful! See pictures for more details.

300, sold in Lausanne starting in 1974. The amazing red painting of the handrails, buffers and lights is also evidence of early production. It’s been a minute. Test-run-only so will require a break-in period before running routinely.

Beautifully factory painted w/directional lighting that was operational. It was designed to haul heavy freight across the non-electrified mountain passes of Hokkaido. Because it doesn’t need overhead wires, it is a self-contained powerhouse.
OMI #5846.1 factory painted (#9502) HO scale brass model from 1994. Only 110 of these models were imported by Overland. This model was bench tested and it runs well in both directions. This model has minimal to no wheel wear and appears to be in like new condition.
The original box top is EX with a couple of dings; however, the bottom has 2 split corners and the bottom is “torn up” (see PICs). It does not look original due to how the loco area is cut out. The top foam cover is black and looks ok.

She has been test run and we found her to run smooth in both directions. This is a gem! Original box and foam inserts with only minor wear marks from storage. Also, these locomotives are not DCC Ready.
