KATO N gauge C12 2022-1 model railroad steam locomotive Shipping from Japan

  •

Description ◆ Product Introduction ◇◆ KATO introduces the smallest steam locomotive, the C12, accurately modeled with its compact body. This model replicates the appearance of the C12 around 1970, when steam locomotives were nearing the end of their era. It can navigate small-radius curves of R150, making it suitable for operation on small layouts or in limited spaces. Equipped with a coreless motor with a flywheel, a standard feature in KATO steam locomotives, the C12 excels in low-speed performance, replicating the appropriate movement for local lines. The leading, driving, and trailing wheels feature a realistic open-spoke design, and the air pipes are pre-painted to resemble copper tubing. The running boards do not have white lines. The headlights illuminate in the direction of travel, with no switch to turn them off. The headlights are modeled after the LP42, and the locomotive includes ATS generators and early-type sand pipes distributed front and rear. The model comes with optional number plates, with car numbers 42, 46, 51, and 67. Additionally, a more realistic replacement knuckle coupler (rear) is included. To easily replicate the benefits of tank locomotives, such as reverse operation, the set includes one Arnold coupler and one knuckle coupler for double-heading (reverse operation).PaymentPlease pay within 4 days after you ordered. Miniature Electric Locomotive GE 5200 VANDECA CLEF HO 3070 Collectible 1:87

  •

Miniature electric locomotive GE 5200, VANDECA, CPEF, in scale 1:87 – HO. Approximate length: 21 cm. This was the first electric locomotive designed and built in Brazil at General Electric do Brasil workshops, in Campinas, São Paulo. 10 units were produced for the Cia. Paulista de Estradas de Ferro (CPEF), in 1967, with a gauge of 1.60 m, power of 5130 HP and weight of 144 tons. Painted in the traditional blue and cream CPEF scheme, they were numbered 350 to 359. His inaugural trip took place on May 6, 1967 with the presence of the then governor of the state of São Paulo, Laudo Natel. As always happened with all the locomotives of our railroads, in which each one received a nickname inspired by scenes or characters of the time, this one was nicknamed “Vandeca”, in homage to the singer Vanderléa, belonging to the movement called “young guard” “, headed by Roberto Carlos and Erasmo Carlos. In 1971 they passed to FEPASA where they were renumbered from 6351 to 6360 and gradually were painted in the FEPASA phase I scheme. Later, they received the colors red and black with the white inscriptions, from phase II. None of them received the gray paint, from phase III of FEPASA.
