This is an early MPC era Lionel 8352 Santa Fe GP7 O or O27 scale Diesel Switcher Locomotive with 9163 AT&SF red caboose. See the video. It’s tested and runs forward neutral reverse, but I think it runs sluggish.

Locomotive is used and in fair to poor condition. Drivetrain seems OK and the locomotive runs (see video). However it has a low top speed – we are unsure if this is due to wear or age to the motor or whether Roundhouse locomotive kits had a low top speed.
