It is still factory-sealed! Take a look at the photos (enlarged) and see what you think. As far as I can see, all factory-installed detail parts appear to be present on all the cars! I can also see that each car has an unopened parts baggie included in each box, containing add-on grabs, etc.
Locomotive and tender functionality have not been tested. Lights in cars were tested and worked. All cars, locomotive and tender have a few scratches.
