The Athearn HO U28C U30C U33C Dummy Truck Set is a vintage replica of a Union Pacific Railroad GE locomotive. Made of plastic and diecast materials, this two-rail system model features painted metal sides and a 1:87 scale design. Perfect for collectors and hobbyists, this set is a rare find for those interested in model railroads and trains. these are very hard to find with the old style tower and worm gear housing. These are dummies, but the worm gear housing could be fitted again with bushings and worm gear if someone needed them just for that purpose. These do not have gears on the axles please look closely.
Locomotive has been gone through and the following areas have been checked and/or repared as needed. -Body shell was washed but no repairs were made-see pictures for condition. -Wheel sets cleaned. -Trucks dissasembled, cleaned, oiled and greased as needed.
