Up for sale is the highly desirable Lionel 221 New York Central steam engine. This is a beautiful engine but I just don’t need it anymore. Sadly, time has not been good to the loco, visible rust is on the tender wheels. When tested, the engine buzzes and moves and then jolts and stops. A more experienced modeler can open this thing up and get it working again I’m sure. I am unsure about a whistling tender, it feels lightweight.
