The HO Kato BNSF 669 C44-9W Dash 9 is a ready-to-go, pre-built model of a Santa Fe replica diesel locomotive in red color. Made of plastic and featuring a co-co wheel configuration, this 1:87 scale locomotive is designed for DC power type with an analog control system. With a height of 2 inches, this model from 2010-2019 is perfect for transportation-themed model railroads and trains for collectors aged 14 years and up.Unit has been weathered to match prototype, has a details west AC unit, RCL antenna, Non working Beacon added, has a digitrax DCC decoder in it. Early Kato that has the horn hook coupler. Easy conversion with a Kadee coupler. Tested runs good. Can be converted to DCC with 8 pin decoder (not included). From a large collection.
