DCC fitted, and is factory reset. Unsure if New, Excellent Condition. Case has wear on it. Unsure if this is factory DCC or a retrofit, runs fine and responds to my DCC test track well. Doesn’t come with coupler trip pins. If you have any questions, please let me know.
