The 6026W whistle she was removed in the motor was cleaned and lubricated. The boiler shell was removed on the engine, The motor was cleaned and lubricated, the armature was polished, and the brushes reinstalled.

Lionel 2037 W 6026w Tender
I am selling a used Lionel 2037 locomotive with a 6026W whistle tender. I have cleaned all the wheels on the loco and tested it. Smokes has a headlight, goes forward and reverse. All the axels have been oiled It does run really nice. the 6026W tender I have taken a part I had to re paint the chassie. It was a little ugly. I do have a stamp kit. So I did restamped the 6026W on the base cleaned wheels cleaned rollers I rewired it. I tested it, it works great. There’s no steps missing the tender has real nice lettering, so does the 2037 selling. As is any questions, please email me thank you for looking. Also, what I do when I-ship locomotives and tenders of this size and weight. I do use a large flat rate box but it will be packed inside of a large flat rate box. I double box it so you have no worries when you receive it
