One buzzes when bench run when power applied direct to wheels. So that one has a shot to be a runner and it Looks fairly complete. Other one makes no sound, maybe strictly for parts and that one may be missing a few pieces I am a diesel guy and really dont work on steam engines. See pics as they are part of the description.
