This is the amazing Lionel Strasburg #90 the 2000s edition, never out of the box and brand new !!!! The box has never been opened with the original packaging, tape, and everything , this is the brass hybrid engine with the unique whistle details, these engines are amazing and very hard to find, if you do not have one you need to have one if you are in the hobby. 
550 of these were imported from Japan in 1975. Custom painted, lettered & numbered to match PRR #3021. Tested on 6/23/26 and found her to run pretty smooth & quiet in both directions. Minor wheel wear noted during testing.
