The engine runs well in both directions, the light functions normally, and it’s a very strong smoker. The whistle works great in the tender. The only thing to note is that the E unit doesn’t always toggle smoothly between F-N-R.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The locomotive tends to lose track power at lower speeds. The smoke unit is non-functional. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
