This locomotive is in excellent condition. Nothing appears missing or broken. It has been upgraded with knuckle couplers. Stewart Hobbies F3A-B diesel made by Kato in Japan. High Fan F3 A and B unit. A unit powered, and B unit is unpowered. A unit runs excellent in both directions with working headlight. All details present, models are like new.

The product is a vintage Stout Stewart F-7-A/B Phase I Late PENNSY diesel locomotive in green color, powered by DC and operating on a two-rail system. This ready-to-go pre-built model is made of plastic with a scale of 1:87 and features light function, limited edition status, and painted details. It weighs 2 lbs and has a length of 12+ inches, perfect for model railroad enthusiasts aged 8-11 years old. The locomotive is a replica of the Pennsylvania Railroad’s train, making it a great addition to any transportation-themed collection. These engines are new, old stock and in the box. They are in excellent condition.
■About the model In 2006, they produced only a very small number of the item so only two locos of painted product exist in Japan now. We can get a permission from the maker to upload and sell in eBay so the images and the price are official. The maker will adjust parts like rod and piping before we ship the product so it will take a little time to ship. ■About the maker KTM is known well as a Brass Model Train maker in Japan and they’re still producing Brass Model including Shinkansen. In 1960s and 1970s, just like Tenshodo, Nakamura, Tobby or Fujiyama, they were also undertaking production of HO and O scale Brass Mmodel in the U.S, mostly unpainted models like NYC J-1e or B&O 200t Clane by Westside Model. I could hear the main gear moving, but nothing was transferring to the wheels. The lights, however, worked fine. I work hard to avoid this. I will respond. I will make it right. The label will usually be generated sooner.
