Vintage Roundhouse HO 463 Pennsylvania 2-8-0 Steam Locomotive Runs Read
Locomotive is used and in fair to poor condition. Drivetrain seems OK and the locomotive runs (see video). However it has a low top speed – we are unsure if this is due to wear or age to the motor or whether Roundhouse locomotive kits had a low top speed.
