The locomotive has a NCE Dual Mode DCC decoder installed and will run on both DC and DCC. It also has a directional LED headlight and Kadee couplers. It has just been serviced with a through cleaning and fresh oil sparingly applied.
Models were produced by Kato of Japan for Stewart Hobbies. All Powered – All Dcc Non-Snd – A units have double headlight. HO Stewart Hobbies.

The product is a vintage Stout Stewart F-7-A/B Phase I Late PENNSY diesel locomotive in green color, powered by DC and operating on a two-rail system. This ready-to-go pre-built model is made of plastic with a scale of 1:87 and features light function, limited edition status, and painted details. It weighs 2 lbs and has a length of 12+ inches, perfect for model railroad enthusiasts aged 8-11 years old. The locomotive is a replica of the Pennsylvania Railroad’s train, making it a great addition to any transportation-themed collection. These engines are new, old stock and in the box.
