Brass HO scale locomotive. Southern Pacific 4-8-4 – GS-1 class, #4409 manufactured by Samhongsa in Korea. Has a can motor that runs well but has been in storage for many years and could probably use a tune up. She’s beautifully detailed and features a working headlight, sprung drivers, back head details, and a Kadee coupler on the tender. Comes with the original foam and box. The SP owned a total of 28 GS-4 engines, numbered 4430 through 4457. The GS-4s were quite similar to the SP Class GS-3s, except with the GS-4, the SP introduced a dual-headlight casing, with the top light being a Mars light, and also the GS-4 had an all-weather cab.
