This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-4: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item did not run when tested. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. This item was in the wrong box and had a foam insert that had deteriorated and has stuck to the unit. The wheels show average run-time as well as small rust markings. Some of the trim pieces are missing from this unit. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included. Overall condition is Restored – Very Good. SOLD AS-IS. It is either untested or was confirmed as non-fun.

This is DCC equipped but there is no sound. Runs great on DC analog but runs fair to poor on DCC digital. I believe it will need a new DCC Decoder. Body is in great shape with no major flaws that i can see.
