This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis of both the locomotive and tender. Tender truck is broken off and included in the box, however it may be missing important components for reapplication. Frame for the tender is also very bent out of shape.
