This set is very clean. I only have a very short section of track to test with. I get a head light and some very very sluggish movement. Please examine the photos and see how clean it is and ask any questions. I’ll try to answer
Used Lionel engine and tender. Decent shape. Obvious signs of wear and use. But shows well. I don’t see any damage. Still looks good and priced accordingly. Lights up, goes forward and backwards, but it’s sluggish. Has sat for years, needs some run time and some cleaning. This is a vintage item, please check the pics, ask questions, and do not expect it to be new. Item is as is, no returns. What you see is what you get. Nice engine and tender. Made in the 1950’s in Morrisville Pennsylvania. This unit spent most of its life in Williamsport Pennsylvania as my Dad was the original owner.

 Even for a tender from the Thomas the Tank Engine range this has really good sprung buffers and clean iconic lettering with that fowler tender lining. It does run but if you wanted to move on a town, you just have to take the traction tires off. If you have a Scotsman that has driving pick ups and needs to move or you want to add a Thomas piece to your collection. This will do.
