The product is a set of (4) Thomas & Friends Tank Engine and Cars by Bachmann in HO/OO scale, manufactured in 2002 (Tidmouth Milk Tank 2007). These ready-to-go models include characters such as Thomas the Tank Engine (with moving eyes) Annie Coach, Clarabel Coach and Tidmouth Milk Tank. Made of die-cast metal and plastic, the electric locomotive feature moving eyes on Thomas and are themed around the popular children’s franchise. Packaged in opened factory packaging, these ready to run trains are a great addition to any collector’s model railroad setup, suitable for ages 8 and up.

Got this model in a Lot from Calebstrains. I believe she was used in the TCC. Shes a horny 101 that was cut to be a single car I believe. don’t know alot about her construction. she’s an OKAY runner.
