Was my fathers. The locomotive was used often. The right handrails are no longer on the locomotive, but included in the box. It was last run two years ago and run well at the time but has not been tested. Thank you for looking at the description.
This locomotive has need taken apart, serviced, cleaned, lubricated and tested. This is an American Flyer #21165 4-4-0 “Casey jones” locomotive with tender. The locomotive has a 2 position e unit. Runs good.
The green car is not original to this set. There is a number written in permanent marker on the front of the box.

Trix N Scale F9A Penn Central #510 Diesel Locomotive Locomotive runs on DC power. The locomotive runs well forwards, but has trouble going backwards. There is some cosmetic damage on the front of the locomotive shown in the photos. The light works, however, the plastic piece that directs the light to the headlight on the front of the locomotive is missing. Both couplers are intact. This model train is vintage.
