Lionel 8976 w/ 2227B EX Runs Well Lights Bell

  •

Lionel 8976 with 2227B tender. It looks to be in excellent condition to me but please view the photos and be the judge for yourself as all collectors seem to view things differently. Engine runs well in both directions. Boiler is marked 227. The tender is rubber stamped 2227B. Lights work and the bell makes a nice sound. I note that there may be a small bar missing from the tender coupler. Also, I rubbed my finger on the bell and apparently rubbed off a spot of patina. Please ask any questions that you have. Domestic sales only.
