The front light is chipped, otherwise these items are in good condition for their age. Hi, these are the #18023 (6) Western Maryland Shay Diecast Steam Engine and Tender with Constant Lighting, Steam Railsounds and Smoke Unit that Lionel made in the 1992. Our Opinion is that they are generally in Mint Condition, test ran.
