Cool little handmade custom O gauge piece. Whoever built this installed a Rudolf and his red nose lights up as well as the lighted lantern on the red flat car. It doesn’t look perfect. Runs only in forward.

American Flyer #740 Handcar Shell. Nicely Restored. Repainted with new men, lanterns and decals. In my opinion the men are stiff and their arms are shorter than the original(usablilty is suspect to me). Otherwise, nice. Please review all photos for condition. Thanks!!
This piece was new in the box, but when I tested it, the item has issues. The speeder runs great, but after several direction changes it suddenly won’t move anymore. The shed is included. You can run it the way it is, fix it, or use it for parts.
