This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The locomotive will not run due to heavy physical damage to the frame. The motor was tested independently and did turn over. The engine is being sold As-Is. The shell is loose from the chassis. The platform pieces on both ends of the shell are heavily bent. The guardrail sections on both ends of the shell have bent sections. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis.
