When i put it on the track and turn on power it does nothing. No light. No buzz. No nothing. The 2 screws that hold the lamp base to frame are missing and 1 ladder needs to be put back on. Other 3 ladders have loose pins. The shell is quite clean with very few scratches and the 3 Ying-Yang stickers are intact. Both couplers work and horns intact. A good fixer project or static display.
